The foxes are the mid-handicap team for West Midd and we play matches against eight other clubs in Middlesex (and beyond sometimes). This is a great way to experience new courses and not have to pay huge green fees, plus experience the joy of team golf…. just like the Ryder Cup that The fox in the picture is the one that loiters round the 10th tee!

The eligible handicap index range is 8.5 to 18.

• We play home and away fixtures over the summer – a normal match is played as 6 4BBB matches followed by drinks and a casual meal- at the end of the season that culminates in a league final!
• We are part of a county wide 9 a side knockout competition, The Abrey Cup – this is played as 9 singes matches at a neutral course – No Pressure!! keep an eye on the WhatsApp group for more information as it happens.
• The Middlesex team championship – this year held at Pinner Hill (we are the defending champions)
• An internal knock out competition (Holder – John Brandon) – keep an eye on the Foxes notice board for the draw.
• An end of season away event, this year at Princes GC.
• An end of season all in match versus the Seniors
